The potatoes we use are delivered fresh 3 or 4 times a week and the fish is fresh cut every day. In fact everything we sell and all the ingredients we use to make things are the best available to us. We pack all of the fish and chip meals in corrugated boxes, especially designed to let the food "breath". So that when you get home the batter is still crisp and the chips are not soggy.
